Our menu planning along with balance of taste, texture and colour is inspired by the aromatics of coastal cooking.

“Tarka Dal”, Slowly simmered Lentils garnished with a combination of Fried Garlic and Cloves

“Kheema Bhinda Batata “, Minced Lamb with Okra and Potato flavoured with spices
“Tomatar Sev”, Tomato with Chickpea flour noodles sauteed with Cumin and Coriander seeds

**You are most welcome to bring your own wines to enjoy with the meal. We would recommend Viognier, Vouvray, Albarino or lightly chilled red Gamay or Pinot Noir
